The mountain retreat is located in a peaceful and relaxed area with stunning views of the rice terraces nearby. Guests can enjoy a clean and well-equipped bungalow, complete with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with hot water. the hosts are kind and helpful, offering guided hikes and motorbike rentals. Delicious home-style meals are also available, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The bar could improve by offering a wider variety of alcoholic beverages at more affordable prices.

The view from the balcony is stunning, perfect for enjoying throughout the day. the cozy hotel lobby/restaurant gives a homely vibe. the enthusiastic and friendly owner/staff made our stay enjoyable. We even had the chance to do a trekking excursion with one of their nieces, without any other tourists.

    Felt very lucky, no complaints.

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The birthday surprise was mind-blowing, with a traditional song and a delightful gift. The owner's vision to support the local H'mong people is commendable, with hospitality training and English classes. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and rice fields. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with AMAZING beds. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the staff were attentive even during the busy Tet Holiday. The wi-fi worked perfectly, and we enjoyed the outdoor dining area and restaurant. Highly recommend!

Delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Very clean and well-maintained rooms and common areas.- Stunning and unique location with beautiful valley views.- Friendly and helpful staff who speak English.- Comfortable and cozy bungalows with air conditioning and electric blankets

Inconsistent taste in the food and drinks from the kitchen. Lack of road access for disabled individuals in the bungalows

The property offered stunning views of the terraces and mountains in Sapa, with a beautiful garden to enjoy. the rooms had spacious showers, air conditioning, and heating. Despite the staff speaking broken English, they were still helpful. the owner provided excellent care and quickly responded to emails. the set menu dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, and the complimentary breakfast had a range of options. the hotel also offered trekking tours.

Felt completely secure, no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Eco-Home Mountain Retreat, a beautiful little bungalow house. The tranquil and cosy setting, along with the thoughtful touches, made for a truly memorable experience. The staff were super-kind, helpful, and caring without exception. We were blown away by the gorgeous views of the valleys and rice fields. The food was excellent, especially the pumpkin soup, banana leaf salad, and fresh spring rolls. an outstanding place that we would happily return to.

    We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an unforgettable stay at a hidden gem nestled in the breathtaking Sapa countryside. The views from our cabin's deck were absolutely stunning, allowing us to soak in the beauty of the surrounding mountains and rice fields. The simplicity and comfort of our room made us feel at home. The staff at Sapa Eco-Home - Mountain Retreat were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their generosity and helpfulness made our stay even more special. The food served at the restaurant was outstanding, with fresh and flavorful dishes that offered great value for money. The location of the retreat was a plus for us, as it provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of central Sapa. We enjoyed walking tours through the valley and appreciated being away from the traffic and construction of the town. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a long and potentially unsafe walk back from Sapa and some noise under our bungalow at night, these were outweighed by the overall positive experience. we highly recommend Sapa Eco-Home - Mountain Retreat for anyone seeking a unique and memorable stay in the stunning Sapa region.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. It is situated slightly outside the town center, providing a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the views from the property are breathtaking, with all cabins having a deck to enjoy the stunning surroundings. the rooms are simple yet comfortable, offering a cozy retreat. the staff at the hotel are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the food on offer is outstanding, with fresh and flavorful options for breakfast and dinner.

One minor inconvenience experienced by a guest was a longer wait for dinner due to staff having a family dinner. this could easily be avoided by confirming the restaurant hours in advance.

I upgraded to the bungalow and it was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view from the balcony. The staff, especially Ngoc, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

    Breakfast selection could be improved.
