Despite the staff speaking broken English, they were still helpful. the owner provided excellent care and quickly responded to emails. the set menu dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, and the complimentary breakfast had a range of options. the hotel also offered trekking tours.

I upgraded to the bungalow and it was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view from the balcony. The staff, especially Ngoc, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
